Jordan and his wife Jolene, who both grew up around the area, purchased Hinkle Realty in 2021. They have 3 kids: Chase, Adeley, and Kellen. They enjoy working in the garden, attending sporting events, going camping, and being around family and friends. Jordan obtained his real estate license in 2015 while working as a middle school English teacher at a local school. After 15 years in education, Jordan decided to get his Broker’s license and dive full time into real estate.  He enjoys the opportunity to help buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs. While still a big advocate for education, being able to help clients through the buying and selling process is much more than a transaction; it is a chance to teach and coach clients through one of the biggest investments and decisions they will make.

After nearly 30 years as a dairy farmer, Joe decided to obtain his real estate license in 2002. He worked his first two years with a brokerage out of Long Prairie until deciding to become a broker and open Hinkle Realty officially in 2004 with his wife Diane who also obtained her license in 2007. As a team they operated Hinkle Realty until June 30th, 2021 when they turned the business over to their youngest son, Jordan. Joe and Diane have 5 children and 12 grandchildren—they love spending time with them. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, cheering on MN sport’s teams, taking day trips on the motorcycle, and being involved in many church activities. Joe is keeping his real estate license but scaling back to being an agent and enjoying some more free time.

I have been a lifelong Wadena resident. I graduated from Wadena High School and attended Fergus Falls Community College. I became a licensed real estate agent and joined Hinkle Realty in the spring of 2010. In June of 2010 Wadena had a devastating tornado and that sprang me into all aspects of real estate in a hurry. I am a full time agent and have worked every corner of real state. From in town properties, rural properties, lake properties, rental properties, bare land and commercial properties. I pride myself in always trying to put myself in my clients shoes and do my very best to serve their needs and best interests. I love paying attention to Real Estate far and near whether I am an active participant in the transaction or not. Away from real estate I enjoy lake activities, traveling, attending sporting events and cheering on the Vikings. I have one adult daughter Brooke who resides in Fargo.

I grew up in Bagley, MN and still have a lot of family in that area. I attended Bemidji State University and Hamline University where I earned a degree in Psychology and Elementary Education. My husband Ryan and I have lived and worked in Wadena for 20 years.  I love it here and am excited to see so much growth in our community and our downtown area! I’ve been a Realtor since 2011. Being an agent has given me the opportunity to meet new people and help them achieve their real estate goals, which I enjoy very much. I also love that every day is different and provides opportunities to learn.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, golfing, cooking and listening to audio books.

I grew up in Wadena and attended WDC.  I went to college for 2 years at St. Cloud and started dipping my toes into real estate shortly after college.  I began by flipping houses with my Dad and transitioned into a full time real estate agent in 2015.  My wife and I live in Perham where she runs a residential cleaning company servicing Wadena/Perham/DL areas.  Being located in Perham makes it easy for me to service Wadena to the Lakes Country real estate.  I really enjoy working on all sides of real estate: first time home buyers, sellers, & investors.  I love when a deal comes together and it’s a Win/Win.  Reach out for any and all real estate needs or questions!

My wife is Kimberly, and she is a business owner in Wadena at Rex Studio Photography. I have two daughters and two sons: Megan, McKayla, Kade, and Cole.  I grew up in Wadena and have lived here most of my life.  We spent six years in Alexandria and moved back about 8 years ago.  I have been a teacher/coach and painted houses in the summer for over 24 years.  The connections I have made being around so many people as well as painting many homes led me into real estate in 2017.  The time spent with clients helping them find a home and making one of the biggest financial decisions in their life is so rewarding.  My hope is to become a lifelong partner with each client as their lives and needs change.

When I have some free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing golf, camping, hunting, fishing, and most outdoor activities.
